Benja Apan Temporarily Released
The Thai Court will released lese-majeste charged Benja Apan, Thammasat University student, from prison.

Benja Apan had been held under Article 112 for her role in the protests calling for the royal reform. Her temporary release is conditional. She must not participate in any activities that are deemed threatening to the monarchy, nor incite chaos. She will be under curfew from 6pm to 6am, and will not be allowed to leave the country. Moreover, she will be fixed with the GPS tracking bracelet to prevent escape.
